Historic walls, everything in the river, fields and meadows with a view, is the short description for this 8 km long tour through the west Münsterland. A look far into history and a wide view into nature. Promised!
After starting in the city center of Bocholt, at the historic town hall, you can look forward to water views and pure nature for heart and eye. In the middle of the Hohenhorster Berge nature reserve. At the end of the hike, the neo-Gothic Gudula Church and the moated castle draw your attention back to the history of the city, now in Rhede.
You can reach your starting point either on foot or by bus.
