Silbersee II

Enjoyable beach days. In the very north of Haltern is the Silbersee II. A beautiful lake with approx. 900m of the finest sandy beach and a fantastic panorama, idyllically surrounded by forests.

A beach made of shiny silver fine sand with shallow water zones for children - the ideal leisure activity for young and old. Modern sanitary facilities are available as well as several vending vehicles for small snacks.

There is a fee to enter, per person and vehicle. Children not of school age are free of charge.

Parking outside the signposted parking spaces and the access roads is not permitted for good reasons. The law enforcement officers pay particular attention to compliance with the parking rules.

From the beginning of May to mid-September, the bathing area, which is accessible at all times, is open for swimming on the days and ends of the week, during the holidays and on public holidays.
