Sustainable Development Goals

17 Sustainable Development Goals (Sustainable Development Goals, or SDGs for short) are a political objective of the United Nations (UN), which is intended to ensure sustainable development on an economic, social and ecological level worldwide.

They are aimed at everyone: governments worldwide, but also civil society, the private sector and academia.

We can work together on these goals and learn a lot from nature.

SDG 13,15
The crown of only about every fifth tree in our forests is still healthy. We must stop climate change to protect the trees and their inhabitants!

SDG 15, 16
Rules help to solve conflicts peacefully! This applies both within a family and when living together with other people.

SDG 11, 13, 15
We need more natural watercourses and shore areas. These are not only important as a habitat for the kingfisher, they also protect our settlements from flooding. That's good, because climate change is causing flood events more and more often.

SDG 15, 16
Good trade relations and partnerships also ensure peace among people. All people should be able to live safely and in peace, without fear of war or crime!

SDG 15
A structured landscape with hedges is not only good for many animals. It also prevents valuable soil from being eroded by the wind!

SDG 15
Every animal has a special place in an ecosystem, all animals are important. If one species goes extinct, this also has consequences for all other species.

SDG 15,17
Good communication is important - not only for the animals, but also for us humans! Only when we listen to each other can we understand each other, solve problems and achieve something together.

SDG 7,11,15
Our cities and villages should become more sustainable. A good lighting concept prevents pollution from too much light and also saves valuable electricity!

SDG 11,15
Green spaces in the city also improve people's quality of life!

SDG 13,15
We need a forestry that promotes forests with many species and manages the forest sustainably!

SDG 13,15
Other species also benefit from the protection of the species!

SDG 4,15
If you want to understand the world, you should always remain curious and learn new things. A good education is important!

SDG 9,15
Researchers have developed turning assistants that emit a warning signal if something is in the blind spot. Innovative ideas make life safer!

SDG 15,17
Good partnerships are important in life. Alone you can do a lot, together even more!

SDG 5,15
No one should be excluded from anything because of their gender. Girls and boys/men and women should have the same rights and opportunities in their lives!

SDG 9,15
We need innovative developments that are compatible with people and nature.

SDG 9,12,15
Nature offers a variety of ideas that are also useful to people.

SDG 12,15
When shopping, pay attention to ecologically produced food and support ecological agriculture!

SDG 2,3,15
A species-appropriate diet is important for the well-being of the animals. This also applies to humans. Everyone should be able to eat well and healthily!

SDG 6,15
Clean drinking water is important for all living beings. Everyone should have access to clean drinking water!
