Cycle Route 91 over the Hunsberg, the highest point in the sandy area of the Coesfelder Heide. You pass the Kuhlenvenn nature reserve, where you can keep an eye out for curlew and other rare plumage.
Kalki is the name of the quarry pond, which now follows your path and then sends you straight into a desert from the Cretaceous period and then on the Coesfeld Way of the Cross.
