Then you should definitely take Route 91 by bike over the Hunsberg, the highest elevation in the sand area of the Coesfelder Heide drive once. It goes past the Kuhlenvenn nature reserve, where you can look out for curlews and other rare birds.
Kalki is the name of the quarry lake that now follows the path and then sends you directly into a desert from the Cretaceous period and then onto the Coesfeld Crossroads.
