"Miraculix herbs" -Introduction to the world of herbs-

Short description:

Even if our local herbs cannot be processed straight away into a Miraculix magic drink for superhuman strength, many of our herbs can be used as "super food" for the kitchen or as medicinal herbs for the medicine cabinet.

In this introductory seminar, the most important wild herbs are presented. In addition to collection rules, poisonous doubles and tips for identification and processing, some dishes are prepared with it at the end of the day.

Wild herbs generally lead a miserable existence: they grow unnoticed or are despised as weeds in the forest, on meadows or in gardens. With the knowledge of the hidden possibilities of our wild plants, an inexhaustible - but forgotten - added value for our lives is created.

Wild herbs can be processed into tinctures, essences, teas or ointments or as a delicious meal. True delicacies can also be prepared with the herbs of our region, which are also healthy at the same time.
