Summer festival and Naturparkday – the old Punsmann farm becomes a place full of discoveries!
On Sunday, 13 July, the Biological Station District of Recklinghausen and the Naturpark Hohe Mark from 11.00:17.00 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. for an exciting day of activities for the whole family.
Everyone is welcome when everything revolves around nature on the grounds of Hof Punsmann. The Recklinghausen Biological Station is one of eight Naturparkhouses in Naturpark Hohe Mark, so we celebrate summer festival and Naturparkday together. Whether it's a meadow rally, a pond expedition, old tractors, or a craft activity: there's plenty to explore, experiment, and see!
Who wants to test their nose? No problem at the scent organ of the Naturparkguide. Who can "read" with their hands better? They should try out the touch box and touch things from nature! And if you want to know how each bird sings, you can find out at the Biological Station booth.
Local associations and actors from the field of nature and the environment provide a wealth of information on nature and species conservation, as well as on garden plants, honey, and wool spinning.
Younger visitors can let off steam on the bouncy castle and marvel at old tractors and agricultural machinery, while older visitors have the chance to win prizes in the biostation quiz!
If you also want to boost your circulation, the LandStreifer circular trail “Deep Mountains – High Valleys” is ideal; it starts directly at the biostation.
And if someone would rather do something for their stomach? Then head for waffles, ice cream, cake, or sausages...
Who more about the Naturpark Hohe Mark want to know, you should visit the bright red infomobile of the Naturpark Hohe Mark Nowhere else are brochures about cycling and hiking tours in the Naturpark more beautifully presented than in an old French fire engine from 1963!
Dagmar Beckmann from Naturpark Hohe Mark summarizes: “All offers around our NaturparkHouse offers a fantastic experience for an eventful day trip! We look forward to welcoming many guests."
