The stages with their lengths between 19 and 27 km meet the strict criteria of the German Hiking Association for quality hiking trails and were the benchmark to be observed when developing the trail. In addition to the predominantly natural paths, this also includes hiker-friendly signage. Magenta-colored signs with a slightly curved path and stylized trees indicate the route. Information steles, benches, rest areas and shelters offer guests orientation and comfort on their hiking tours.
